Sprint was our second carrier and I knew was a very good choice at the fact when one of my siblings on our family plan accidentally tried to send a Multimedia Message the were warned that it would connect to the internet prior the the message sending unlike AT&T. The only problem with Sprint was when we went to Williamsburg I would always be roaming and could never get a reception which on Verizon we could. Overall Sprint is a nice service for a budget and your region if you have coverage.

I absolutely loved Sprint. Ive been a customer for the past 4 years and I've never had problems. I was recently paying about $85 for a smartphones, compared to Verizon my brother was paying $110 for the same quality phone. I think Verizon's $30 data charge is ridiculous. I have great service with sprint wherever I go. I never have to worry about dropped calls. Their internet speeds aren't that great, but its rather good. Their phones are really nice and I would recommend Sprint all the way! The cheapest plans with amazing coverage.

Best coverage, the newest phones, and great customer support (sometimes). If you ever have a problem ask to speak to their manager. If your problem is still not solved. Call back and speak to a different rep. If it turns into turmoil yet again, then tell them your considering to terminate your contract and demand to speak with the retentions department. This always fixes any issues I have.

In December 2007, somebody from Sprint accidentally canceled my service. When I called to find out what was going on, they had already given out my number to another customer. To make a very long, frustrating story short, I fought for a month to get my number back and they couldn't give it to me. They issued me a new phone number and gave me 15% off my monthly bills. That wasn't close to being enough to compensate for my heartache, time, and anger. Not to mention that I own my own business and my number that they had given away was on all my business cards. To add to the mess, nobody seemed willing or able to help me. This just verified their horrible customer service to me. Don't ever expect a call back from someone at Sprint who tells you they will. They are a nightmare.
