Doesn't seem to allow "search" function in the calendar--unless I am missing something.

Let me first start by saying I am a HUGE Palm lover however, Palm needs to go back to the drawing board on this one. I'd like to think I can hold my own with technology but this phone is difficult to navigate. It doesn’t have many of the features we have come to love on our phones. You lose stuff to gain stuff I supposed but customization is very limited. It freezes all of the time and the battery life is terrible. I have yet to make it to noon before it dies, especially, if you are using the net and/or apps. No sense in having a phone with all these great things if it leaves you unable to talk on it after all it's a phone. I have had days with this phone that my wallpaper and ring tones have changed themselves or are missing all together.
At the end of the day I was very excited about getting this phone and now I am looking at the HTC Hero and I haven't had this Pixi a month..... :)

I am not that into technology, but my 15 year old thinks this is the best phone ever!

The Pixi is small, but big on features. I first noticed the qwerty, how compacted and small the keys were. I thought it impossibly to use. Surprisingly, their raised, "bubbled" shape was easier than I thought to type on. I wouldn't recommend it to those with very large hands or fingers though. It has this sleek, modern look, with no features' markings anywhere around the sides of the phone. The touchscreen is great, very clear and bright, with a zoom-in, zoom-out motion, with a tap and swipe of a fingertip to close or enlarge viewing applications and windows. I love the true web experience when browsing. The ability to sync accounts together is convenient if you have many. For example, the Palm can sync all your info together from your hotmail, facebook, yahoo, to business accounts. This phone is both fun & functional, but at times, becomes difficult when something designed to be very advanced clashes with being very easy. The only negatives I have, is the battery life is very poor. Not a good choice if you want longer lasting battery strength, esp. when web browsing. Another flaw, in my opinion, is call quality. Calls aren't clear, even in good coverage.
Also, for texter's there isn't an option to customize texts,(such as font size, color, style, etc.) There isn't a video record feature either.
A good phone that is fun, smart, and multitasking.

Love, love, love my pixi. That being said I have a few gripes. The first is the weakest battery I have ever had in a phone. Lucky to get through a whole day, even with little use. The second is the great operating system that is so versatile it trips itself up , a lot! Locks up at least once a day. The Bluetooth is a little wired but you get used to it. I love the phone enough to deal with the issues, as with any other committed relationship.
